Annalicia leads our Marketing, Food Production, and Human Resources teams, and drives company strategy for Westerly alongside Co-CEO, Chrissy. Her role bridges creative brand storytelling with operational infrastructure, ensuring that everything from a printed menu to a plated meal reflects Westerly’s core values. 

Annalicia has built much of the internal structures that has allowed Westerly to scale thoughtfully while preserving its culture and community impact. 

Outside of meal delivery, she enjoys gardening, entertaining, supporting the local arts scene, and playing highly competitive pickleball on occasion.

Chrissy drives Westerly’s company strategy alongside Co-CEO, Annalicia, and leads Westerly’s Operations, Customer Experience, and Kitchen teams – ensuring the systems behind meal prep, delivery, and customer strategy are as thoughtful as the meals themselves. 

Known for her clear vision and innovative systems creations, Chrissy plays a vital role in building cross-functional alignment, streamlining operations, and mentoring team leaders across departments. 

Outside of Westerly, she is an active member of Junior League of Seattle, her daughter’s school’s PTA leadership, and enjoys pottery, hiking, and rock climbing with her family.

Matt is the culinary force behind Westerly’s rotating menus. As Executive Chef, he leads menu development, kitchen operations, food sourcing, and inventory management. 

With over 20+ years of experience in kitchens across Washington State, Matt’s approach blends nutrition, global inspiration, and culinary creativity. 

When he’s not cooking, you can find him rock climbing, foraging, or reciting a quote from his favorite show, Community.
