Taking Care of Our Community
From day one, our mission has included giving back - starting with weekly donations of our excess meals. What began as a simple act of service has grown into a thriving donation program through partnerships with incredible local organizations. Together, we’re honoring our commitment to sustainability and community care.
Mitigate Food Waste
In the food industry, excess production and unsold food often leads to waste. At Westerly, we take a proactive approach by closely monitoring weekly sales to produce just the right number of meals. This helps us reduce waste while supporting our team, meeting customer demand, and sustaining our donation efforts.
Community Organizations
We’re proud to partner with leading organizations in Seattle that visit our facility each week to pick up packaged and bulk food. These meals go directly to those who need them most - nourishing our community while drastically reducing food waste. Thanks to these partnerships, it’s rare that any of our prepared meals end up in the compost.

What if I am a chemotherapy patient?
If you or someone you're ordering Westerly meals for is going through chemotherapy, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@westerlykitchen.com for a discount code.

Yes! This discount gives you 5% off your one-time order or an additional 5% off (10% off total) your subscription order!

This discount is recurring! Use it for 5% off any one-time orders you place with us or start your subscription and get 10% off every order!
