We do our best to work around the major allergies and dietary restrictions.

All of our meals are entirely gluten-free & dairy-free.

The following are the only additional allergens & dietary that we can work around:
red meat (beef/lamb)

After you add a program to your cart, list your allergies in the "Leave a note about your order" box, and we'll work around them in all of your meals. We want you to enjoy every bite.

ALLERGEN NOTICE: Our meal plans are always gluten & dairy free but we do want you to know that we work in a private commercial kitchen space where tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, sesame, soybeans, eggs, coconut, some gluten and dairy are processed. If you have a severe allergy, we don't recommend the program.

Each meal comes individually portioned for one person in a 100% compostable container. 

Your meals arrive ready to enjoy! You can place your meal container directly into the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or transfer to another dish to heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Each meal is complete and balanced so you don’t need to add any other ingredients.

We are unable to accommodate the Keto Diet & Whole30 program at this time.

Yes! All of our meals are 100% gluten-free.

We do work in commercial kitchen facility where gluten is present.

Yes - all of our meals are entirely dairy free! This includes all of our dressings, sauces, smoothies, etc.

Our Plant-Based menu includes eggs. We can accommodate fully vegan preferences as well! Just write "vegan menu" in the notes during checkout, and we'll make sure all of your meals are completely vegan.

There is no added cost for delivery.

We deliver Sundays (with meals for Mon, Tues & Wed) and Wednesdays (with meals for Thur & Fri). Your delivery will arrive between 11:30a - 9:30p both days.

Deliveries arrive between 11:30a - 9:30p on Sunday & Wednesday. The ice packs will keep your meals cold throughout the delivery time frame. Bring your cooler inside, put your containers in the fridge, and set your cooler bag and ice packs back out on the porch. We’ll pick it up when we make your next delivery, or you can schedule a cooler pickup.

Yes! You will receive an automated text from us when your delivery is about 30 minutes away (subject to change based on traffic/delivery delays). You will also receive another automated text once your order has been delivered. 

No! We offer contact-free delivery, so you don't need to be home. Your meals are delivered in a reusable cooler bag with ice packs that will keep your meals cool throughout our delivery time frame.

Yes! Please include detailed instructions in the notes section at checkout on how to access your building (ie building codes, access keys, who to buzz on callbox, etc.)

We offer our Westerly meal delivery services in most of King County, Greater Seattle Area & Tacoma Area. Currently we deliver to Bellevue, Bothell, Brier, Burien, Edmonds, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kent, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Redmond, Renton, Seattle, Shoreline, Tukwila, Woodinville, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn & Tacoma. The cooler bag and ice packs belong to our Westerly kitchen, and we re-use them over 20 times to prevent waste. Keep the ice packs in the cooler bag and set out on your porch before your next delivery. We’ll pick up the bag and replace it with your next set of meals. If you don’t have any upcoming deliveries scheduled, email us at and we’ll add you to the pickup schedule on the next Sunday or Wednesday delivery day. Bags not returned within 1 month of your last delivery will incur a $20 cooler bag fee.
