What meal delivery options do you have?
We offer a wide variety of meal options, including vegan, vegetarian and plant-based meal options. We are an entirely gluten-free meal delivery service as well as a dairy-free meal delivery service. We give you the flexibility of changing your meal plan as your diet changes.
With a subscription, you can swap between a plant-based meal plan or wellness meal plan every week if you wish!
What is a wellness meal plan?
Our wellness meal plan contains lean animal proteins and eggs. Our plant-based plan does contain eggs with our breakfast offerings however can be made completly vegan by adding ‘vegan’ into your allergies at checkout.
Lunches and dinners within our plant-based meal plan are entirely vegan.
What are meal delivery services?
Yes! All of our meals are 100% gluten-free. Please note that we work in commercial kitchen facility where gluten is present; if you have a allergy to gluten, we advise not to use our meal delivery service.
How do your meal prep services work?
Our meal prep service is simple and convenient. You choose your meal plan, we prepare your meals using fresh ingredients, and then we deliver them straight to your door. All you need to do is heat and enjoy!
Do you offer vegan meal delivery?
Absolutely! You can manage your delivery scheYES! We offer vegan meal delivery with a variety of plant-based meals that are both nutritious and delicious.
When placing your order select a plant-based meal plan and enter ‘vegan’ in your allergy notes at checkout.dule through your account. Simply select the week you want to skip. Check our How We Work page for more details.
Are your meals gluten-free and dairy-free?
YES, all of our meals are gluten-free and dairy-free! This includes all of our dressings, sauces, smoothies, etc.
